Great Meeting Today!
Excellent discussions. Thanks to everyone who took on a new responsibility. Should we have our next meeting on Tue, Wed, or Thu next week?
We should definitely meet sometime this week. Also anyone with any ideas about places to beg for gifts tell either Ty or me. We have a few places in mind already.
Texas Instruments
Science Center
Discovery Channel Store(?)
Forest Rangers (pens, stickers)
Fish & Game (same thing)
Maybe the Military branches...
Any other ideas?
I emailed Mr. Waicunas, he hasn't emailed me back, but Billy said something about definetely picking the guest speakers. I know that Abby contacted the woman who could do the first aid, but I was just curious when everything would be set in stone? and we should definetely have a meeting relly soon
What about gear stores, like REI, LL Bean, or EMS? How about outdoor gear manufacturers, The North Face, Kelty...

My brother used to work at EMS and went to school for Outdoor Education. I'll talk to him when I get a chance to see if he knows anyone who might be interested in speaking.
Other potential contributors could be the PSU bookstore, AMC might be able to give maps or provide brochures, NH Electric Coop or Public Service might chip in something related to family preparedness, some local businesses like Meredith Village Savings, Aubuchons, or even Waste Management might have small gifts that they could donate too.
Would some contests or random door prizes be fun?
